My deepest condolences. It's been many years since I've seen nor talked to Pete. We met when I was married to Jim Salisbury. We were all the " group" who hung out at Central Park. Playing pool, partying and just having a great time. Pete was a hard working man, and a friend who helped lots. We remained friends even after my divorce from Salisbury. He never " took sides". Again, my sympathy to all. May he Rest In Peace.

I met Pete many years ago i was 12 i think . My oldest brother and Pete were good friends thats how i came to know him. We had alot of laughs together sometimes at my expense. I think he still owes me a beer. I remember Pete , Dale, Carey (cop) Jim Salisbury going to a Cubs game we laughed all the way there and back got pretty wasted that day. I don't know if he ever told anyone that my mother wanted to adopt him when was younger. I'm gong to miss him calling me to wish me happy b- day he was good at that and never forgot the date. He was like a brother RIP / God be with you.
