In 1984 Margi sat softly sobbing in Hawaii on a log down by the ocean, as the moon and stars sparkled in the heavens, and the waves gently caressed her toes. Sitting down that late night she described between sobs her feelings and what was troubling her. Our friendship began at that point and endured many years. She was as I discovered, a very sensitive person, full of fun, willing to explore, very intelligent, hard working and loving. We talked of many things over the years, such as working on her parents' farm, driving the grain truck alone as a very young teen. Living in Germany and meeting good friends. She loved to explore flee markets and any magical discoveries made her radiate with that beautiful smile and excitement. She loved to drive with the "pedal to the metal". Sometimes she exchanged her "daily uniform" for those special events getting dressed up and looking so beautiful. She was so gracious. I still think of her and those enjoyable past times. Now on her death, it is time to say good-bye, wishing her love, peace in the her new home, along with meeting her parents, siblings and friends who have departed before her. So Margi! I say good-bye to you and thanks for all those memories not to be forgotten. My Condolences to Andy, Chuck, to your families and to Margi's friends. Robert R. MacGregor.

You will be missed. I am certainly happy that I got a chance to meet and know you, if only briefly. You raised a wonderful family, including a son who has become among my closest-ever friends. Thank you for that. Blessings to you and your family.
