I first met Rhea when I began working as the Executive Director for Protestant Community Services. She served on the Board of Directors and then became its President. She was a great supporter of myself, staff and the agency mission and provided leadership in bringing about an active working Board. She was a very energetic, thoughtful and pleasant woman to know and with whom to work. God bless her for the many contributions she made to the city of Rockford.

  2. Mary Lib Skerkoske

What a lovely neighbor on Carefree Drive. It was a privilege to know such a fabulous woman as Rhea Van Sickle.
