Obituary

Daniel T. Larson, 49, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, in his home. He was born July 29, 1967, in Rockford; the son of Ronald L.G. and Diane (Lindberg) Larson. Daniel was a 1985 graduate of Jefferson High School. He served in the United Stated Army from 1985 to 1989. He was the Head of Shipping at Androck Hardware and took a Dale Carnegie course through work. Daniel enjoyed playing Dungeon and Dragons with the guys. He loved animals and was a huge Miami Dolphin fan.
He is survived by his son, Zachary; former wife, Stacy Larson; parents, Ronald and Diane Larson; and brother, Scott. Predeceased by his grandparents.
Memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, in Olson Funeral & Cremation Services, Ltd., Fred C. Olson Chapel, 1001 Second Ave. with Rev. William T. Dahlberg officiating. Memorial visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service in the chapel. Memorials to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
