Allen and Helen are very special people and hold a spot in my heart. I met them in their home me as I was the home health nurse. They are very fortunate to have such loving and caring family.

  3. Beth MacCallum Marlewski

Sending my sympathy and love to the Leighty family. Allen has always been special to me. I got to know him and Helen through Pat and Patty, and Allen took me under his wing and asked me to play in a few golf tournaments with him at Sinnissippi. He was a fun golf partner and taught me a lot! And I loved his smile! He will also hold a special place in my heart.

  4. Gene, Lori and Natalie Lee

Condolences to the entire Leighty Family! It was in 2001 that I bought my first home on Rome Ave and became neighbors to the very welcoming people. We shared many conversations about the E-Rabs and how they raised a large family in very small home. After I got married they were always trying to convince us that our home was just fine to start and raise a family in as they did next door. After moving in 2014 we made a couple of visits to their home, so they could see how our daughter had grown. Mr. & Mrs. Leighty will always be our "friends" and never forgotten as we were just talking this past Sunday about them and wondering and how they were doing. Mr. Leighty thanks you for being a great person and neighbor. Mr. Leighty will be missed by all and until we meet again, rest in heaven!
