As an employee of Warner Lambert I had the pleasure of working on several projects with Dale over the years, and spent much time at his business place. Dale was always so kind and considerate and treated me like family. He was a real professional in his trade and I learned many things about engineering, machining, and manufacturing from him. Knowing and working with Dale was a highlight in my life and career.
