Dear Katy and Anne: I am not much for e-mail condolences but I am not sure if I have current address information for you. I was so sorry to read of Steve's passing. Although my contact with him was relatively brief, I was always so impressed by his dedication to both of you, particularly to Anne. Please know that my thoughts are with you.

Our sincere sympathy. He had a hard and long struggle, but did manage to enjoy some of the time he was given. We so enjoyed your Christmas parties and you both were such great hosts. May God give you the peace and comfort that you need at this time.

So sorry to hear. Steve and I were good friends all throughout high school and played music together. We even joined the Navy together. When my mother passed away a few years ago it was Steve who showed up to my surprise. I had not heard or seen him since we graduated. He was a great friend and sorry we had not stayed closer. So sad and my thoughts are with you.
